About	Candler – Lynne Suzette Helms Radford, 66, went home to be with The Lord on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at her residence while surrounded by family. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Bowden Thomas Helms, Sr and Emagene Wilde Helms. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Bowden “Tommy” Helms, Jr. Suzette loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She attended Erwin High School and Freedom Baptist Church, Turkey Creek Baptist Church, and Brookstone Church. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 42 years, Carlton Edward Radford; daughters: April Trull and husband Nathan, and Vanessa Radford; cats, Buttons and Mittens; grandchildren: Elena Revis, Sawyer Revis, Nellie Trull, and Eleanor Trull; siblings: Annette Gunter, Louise Wilde, Alita Almindinger and husband Josh, Debra Fox and husband Wayne, and Ellen Bridges; sister-in-law, Tina Helms; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 till 8 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Anders-Rice Funeral Home and Cremation Center is honored to serve the Radford family.
