About	Linda Kay Webb Johnson, 76, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023, at her home. Mrs. Johnson was born March 17, 1947, in Asheville to the late George and Grace Bowlin Webb. She was a graduate of Erwin High School and was a member at Corinth Baptist Church. She served as an ombudsman with USNMCB133 and worked as a hairdresser for 25 years. More recently she served as office manager for Reynolds Mountain Dentistry. She is survived by her husband, Sidney B. Johnson; daughter, Jennifer Ledford (Mitchell); son, Matthew Lee Johnson (Anahita); five grandchildren, Calvin Burrows, Jared Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Christian Johnson and Nate Davis; and a sister, Dorothy Lane (George). She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Webb and sister Carolyn Finley. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 13, at Corinth Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Ronnie Owen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue .
