About Stacey Scrub Allen Wilson, 39, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at his residence.

Stacey was employed with Blevins Heating & Cooling and enjoyed playing softball with the Victory Baptist Softball Team. He never met a stranger and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Shena Annete Wilson.

Surviving are his wife, Tracy Lynn Marcello-Wilson; father, Harry Leon Wilson (Gail) of Leicester; mother, Julene Colburn (Bob) of Leicester; father and mother-in-law, Art and Linda Marcello of Candler; brother, Shane Anthony Wilson (Amy) of Leicester; brother-in-law, Anthony Marcello (Becky) of Horse Shoe; step sisters: Barbara Ann Swain (Michael) and Charlotte Lynn Rhodes (Dean) both of Newport News, VA and Heather Lee Vargas (Mello) of Mills River; nieces: Autumn Marie Wilson, Katie Marcello, Madi Marcello, Skye Swain, Meridith Swain, and Mia Vargas; nephews: Cody Aaron Wilson, Lil Anthony Marcello, Jonathan Swain, Ryan Rhodes and Gabriel Vargas; and many friends across the country.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to assist the Wilson family with funeral expenses, C/O Anders-Rice Funeral Home, 1428 Patton Avenue, Asheville, NC 28806; or to help fund his niece, Autumn Wilson, attend basketball camp, C/O Shane Wilson, PO Box 2394, Leicester, NC 28748.
