About | Denver Eric Bradley, a life-long resident of Asheville, North Carolina, passed Wednesday, January 19, 2022. He was sixty-four. Denver was born August 18, 1957, to Nina Rhymer Bradley and Denver Nealey Bradley in Woodfin. He graduated from Erwin High School, worked with Champion/Tultex for twenty-six years and then for twenty-one years with MSD until his retirement in August of 2020. Denver was an active member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church for 35 years. He taught Sunday school, was a youth leader, played the guitar, sang often, was a trustee, and drove the church bus. He enjoyed working on cars, playing the guitar, listening to music, fishing, spending time at the lake, and spending time with his grandchildren. Denver was always helping anyone who needed help. In addition to his parents, Denver was preceded in death by a son, Jason Eric Mullen; sisters Sandra Cutshall and Reba Boone; nephews Bill Boone and Danny Boone; and a brother-in-law, Ernest “Cheese” Boone. He is survived by Beth Felder Bradley, to whom he was married thirty-seven years; children Richard Eric Bradley (Mandy) of Hendersonville, and Sarah Bradley Angel (Brett) of Arden; grandchildren Sabbath Zwiercan of Charlotte, Cody Lambert of Mars Hill, Candace Tinsley (Bryce) of Asheville, Riley McKenna Angel of Arden and Reagan Elizabeth Angel of Arden; and by a great-grandson, Mason Bradley Moore of Asheville. A service will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church at three o’clock the afternoon of January 30, 2022. Visitation will be prior, beginning at two o’clock, with interment to follow the service. Troy Rogers will officiate. The family extends a note of appreciation for all the love and support that has been shown during this time of loss. You will never know how much that means to us. |
