About	Stephanie Renee Lewis, 57, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at her home. Stephanie was born in Asheville December 11, 1963, to the late Willie and Polly Briggs Lewis. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Tony Lewis; maternal grandparents, Roscoe and Mamie Briggs; paternal grandparents, Bailey and Neple Lewis and several aunts and uncles. She graduated from Erwin High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University. She had worked as Sales Territory Manager for AAA Cooper Transportation. Her family includes her son, Hunter Bullard, who was the pride and joy of her life; aunt, Altha Hoyle; cousin, Shon Hoyle; aunts, Geneva Carver (Hayes) and Bernice Freeman; uncles, James Lewis and Ricky Lewis (Sandra), and a host of cousins. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Private interment for the family will follow at Green Hills Cemetery.
