About	West Asheville Michael Ray Mike Yoder, 48, of 65 Rash Road, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013. An Asheville native and resident for most of his life, he had attended Erwin High School and lived in Charlotte while affiliated with NASCAR. Mike was a son of Sondra Walser Yoder of the home and the late James Ray Pud Yoder. Surviving in addition to his mother are his sons, Brandon Michael Yoder and Jeremy Lane Yoder; brother, Danny Yoder and wife, Joan; niece, Courtney Gwaltney and husband, Justin and their children, Sailor and Esme; best friend, David Ray King; aunt, Kathy Austin and uncles, Rick Walser and wife, Nona and Fred Walser and wife, Debbie. Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Monday, May 20, 2013 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Stephen V. Oxner officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:15 to 2:15 PM Monday at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Stonecreek Health Care Center for their love and compassion.
