Army, 16 Years
Served with the US Army in Europe from 1975 to 1991. While stationed in Germany 1975-1978 patrolling the East German Border with the 3rd Squardon 7th Cav. After that assignment I served as a logistician with several different units in Germany. After the Desert Shield/Desert Storm war 1991, I deceided to pursuit another career with the US Federal Government. I was hired in Munich Germany, to assist the clousure of the US Army there, upon completion I was reassigned to Schweinfurt, Germany until my recent assignment (Scott Air Force Base, Illinois) to the United States in 2005. I am currently employed with the Defense Information Systems Agency CONUS.

I entered service on January 3, 1961. I was commissioned from OCS in May,1961. I served aboard the USS Richard S. Edwards, DD-950 in the operations dept. My next duty from April 1964 through September 1965 was as the Naval Port Control Officer-San Diego.

Serviced in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1972. Stationed at Ramey Air Force Base Puerto Rico as a Flight Engineer and Aircraft Mechanic. My next assignment was to Cheyenne Wyoming where I completed my four years of service. I currently work for the Department of Defense as a Sr. Engineer starting in 2006 with 17 years of service counting my Air Force time.

Our Clearview High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Clearview High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
