About	NEWKIRK Gale Devin Newkirk, 46, died Tuesday, January 13, 2009. He is survived by his father, Calvin Wesley Newkirk III, San Antonio, Texas; his mother, Barbara Burton Baker and her husband, Colonel Robert L. Baker, of Kerrville, Texas; his sister, Gaylia Dawn Kelley and her husband, Sam Kelley; his two nieces, Samantha Lynn Kelley and Katheryn Dawn Kelly of Dallas, Texas. Devin was a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with a degree in Finance. He currently was serving as Senior Vice President, Asset Liability Committee and Finance Manager for Integra Bank in Evansville, Indiana, at the time of his death. He was a Chartered Financial analyst (CFA).
