Fotch, Jr., assistant rector of St. James Episcopal Church, Batavia. Mr. Fotch studied for two years at Erie Community College in Amherst and in 1973 received an associate of science degree with honors in civil technology. He went to Raleigh, N.C. to visit his sisters and accepted a job but before he could begin work. complications set in related to his second kidney transplant. He returned to Buffalo for treatment at Roswell Park Memorial Institute where he received a third kidney this year. On Sept. 8, 1973, he married the former Miss Pamela DeVere of Raleigh. Mr. Fotch was a member of Akron Lodge 526, F&AM and a past master councilor of the Amherst Chapter, Order of DeMolay.
