NORFOLK, VA – Susan Fiske Bouffard, 71, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. She was a retired Insurance Agent. Born in Chicago, IL and later made her home in Clarence, NY, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Jane Fiske and the wife of Henry P. Bouffard of Norfolk, VA.
