Filmore of Clayton, NC; sister, Sharon Kenworthy of Greenbelt, MD, brother, Charlton H. (Skip) Fotch, Jr. of Greenbrae, CA, three nephews, Jason P. Kenworthy of Denver, Co, Ryan W. Kenworthy of Greenbelt, MD, Derek A. Fotch of Sunnyvale, CA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 8300 Health Park, Raleigh, NC 27615.
