| About Me | I am a stay at home mom to 2 great kids. I love my kids even when they make me feel like driving a nail into my brain LoL. This year has turned unto a tough year for me....after first a knee injury had me down from running and my workouts..another injury during our pcs move across the country added to it..resulting in finding out I have degenerative disk disease and arthritis in my back. I deal with chronic back pain daily and still havent gotten back into my workouts that I love. Then on top of that I am dealing with something else going on..I am still being tested to find out for sure but they are pretty sure they are seizures......complex partial seizures.....I have had 2 brain MRI's which thank god have been normal, no tumors or lesions and 2 EEGS, the first showed spikes and the 2nd I am still waiting to meet with my Dr, to find the results of, which was a 24hr EEG... I can't drive and will be unable to drive until my seizures are under control and i am seizure free for 3 months plus.. and it literally brings new meaning to the term stay at home mom...I'm on meds that make me really sleepy....and have gone from really active to inactive which has gone to my thighs :-( Its been a hard few years mentally..emotionally...uugghh frustrated yet grateful I wake up everyday to live another day..
