Jeff Capistran passed away on Thursday, 27 May 2010 from battling cancer for a year. Rest in peace. You will be missed.

When my brother were in elementary school at Vista Square I remember walking around the block with him and he would hang out with Jeff and Mike Kimbal I believe was his name I remember them riding skateboards and us stopping the ice cream man.
I really value those memories because my older brother Scot is deaf there wasn't to many of the hearing kids back then would even acknowledge him. Thank you Jeff for your kindness
