Stationed in San Diego, CA at USNTC School command for Dental Tech 'A' School then to Naval Station 32nd St, San Diego, CA. From there back to USNTC Naval Command Dental Center, San Diego, CA. (Actually processed "Bergie" through my department in 1968 on his way to WESTPAC.) After active duty, I served in the Naval Reserve & National Guard.

Corporal Edward Dodge was killed in action at Seignan, Germany, on April 8. He was the son of Mrs. Alta Dodge of Flint, Michigan. He lived with his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. William Haverly. He went overseas within four months.

After Vietnam assigned to fly Medical Evac helicopters in Ft Stewart until discharged. Retired from P&G but as a volunteer still flies search and rescue with Civil Air Patrol in Ga.
