Age 66, of Cypress, Texas, formerly of Scott and Collier Twp., passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017, after a battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Valerie (Gibbons) Yurchak; father of Jason (Dusty) Whitfield, Lindsay (Arthur) Zhang and Matthew Yurchak; grandfather of A.J. Zhang; brother of James (Pam) Yurchak, Mary Ann (late Raymond) Astfalk and Thomas Yurchak; son of the late Matthew "Blackie" and Jean (Fitzsimmons) Yurchak. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
