Ruth Ann Linkesh, 67 of Willow Dr., Wellsville passed away at her home surrounded by loving family on January 24, 2016 following a brief illness. Born in Pittsburgh on July 29, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Homer Phillips and Margaret Olajar Cable. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Agatha Catholic Church in West Point, and was a graduate of Chartiers Valley High School in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. In addition to her parents, her sister, Joanne Hines preceded her in death. Her husband, Roger J. Linkesh, whom she married on January 30, 1968 survives along with her children, Dawn Linkesh of Wellsville and Joseph (Tamra) Linkesh of Cortland; her brother, Lawrence (Mary) Phillips of Oakdale, PA.; and her grandchildren, Morgan Mays and Joseph and Logan Linkesh.
