Age 57, of Venetia, PA, passed peacefully at home with his family by his side on December 14, 2015. Born on April 18, 1958, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Viola Rasch Giehll and the late Lee William Giehll. Beloved husband of Sharon Ihrig Giehll for 35 years; cherished father of Matthew Lee (Amanda) Giehll II and Nicole Giehll; loving "Pa" of Jackson and Elijah; brother to Terry (Terri) Giehll and Jeannette Baughman. Also, survived by multiple nieces and nephews. Matthew will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
