Age 45. She was surrounded in the love of her devoted husband, David; her children, Nathaniel and Katrina; her parents, Gail and Perry Minnis; and her five sisters, Donna McMahon (Tom), Debbie Regan (Tim); her twin, Diane White (Greg), Dori Minnis and Darla Childs (Andrew). She will be greatly missed by her nephews, Thomas, Nicholas, Mason, Cullen, Daniel, and Matthew; and her nieces, Lindsay, Emma and Delaney. She was cherished by all who met her, including David's family; her late grandparents; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Denise was born in Cleveland, OH, moved to Pittsburgh, PA, at age six, graduated from Chartiers Valley High School and went on to receive a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame. She will be remembered most not for how she died, but for how she lived - her sense of humor, faith, love of family, and her incredible strength.
