Age 65, of Findlay, OH passed away at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. Son of the late Franklin and Julia (Medwig) Kapeluck. He married Ginny Lee Pilstl and she survives. He is also survived by a daughter, Alexia Anne (Donald) Gardi of Aurora, OH, two sons: Nicholas Michael Kapeluck of Findlay and Peter Stephen (Jaquelynn) Kapeluck of Cross Lanes, WV; three grandchildren; Giuliana Gardi, Megan and Mallory Kapeluck and a brother, David A. (Rose Ann) Kapeluck of Delmont, PA. He was a Bowling Green State University Graduate and earned his Masters from the University of Toledo. Roger retired from the Ohio Department of Health as a Hospital Administrator after 30 years of service. He was a former Psychologist and enjoyed the Pittsburgh Steelers and marching music.
