Robert P. Boris, 73 of Chester passed away at East Liverpool City Hospital on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, following a brief illness. Born in Passaic, New Jersey on February 12, 1944, he was a son of the late Joseph and Louella Boris. Bob was an owner and trainer of thoroughbred race horses, he predominantly ran at Mountaineer Park. He was a Methodist by faith. One daughter, Michelle Honeychuck, and one brother, Joseph “Jake” Boris preceded him in death. He leaves his loving and devoted wife Missy Covert Boris; his children, Robert Boris of Imperial, and Crista Neponuceno of Upper St. Clair, PA; his siblings, Tom, Eddie, Jimmy, Dennis, and Mary Ann Boris, and four grandchildren.
