Robert “Bob” James Hughes Jr, passed away on 8/16/2020 after a brief, but brave battle with cancer. Robert was born October 20, 1948 in Carnegie, PA to Robert James and Stella Washinski Hughes. He is proceeded in death by his parents Robert and Stella, his sister, Eleanore Puskar along with his beloved daughter Nicole Spagnolo and her husband Tony. He is survived by his son, Robert James Hughes and sister Phyllis Hughes Hood of Baton Rouge, LA, 2 grandsons and a host of nieces and nephews. Robert was a Vietnam Veteran and served in the United States Navy. Robert was a very active member of his church, Cross Connections Alliance Church, where he dedicated his life to Christ on 9/24/2017 among an amazing group of very close friends. He enjoyed watching the Penguins and the Steelers and secretly loved the Saints too! He rarely missed watching a game.
