Suddenly on Monday, December 31, 2018. Age 70 of Carnegie, went to be with his son, Kevin. Beloved husband of Maryanne (Nowicki) Koziak; loving father of Christine (Kevin) Super, Michael C. Koziak and the late Kevin J. Koziak; cherished grandfather of Ava Super, Mikell, Kamden and Chad Koziak; brother of the late Patricia Mockus; also survived by several cousins. Burial with full military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Michael was employed by the USPS and a proud Vietnam war veteran.
