About	Frank E. Wellin, Jr. 76, of Indianapolis, passed away October 25, 2014. He was born December 26, 1937 in Trumansburg, NY to the late Frank and Gladys Anthony Wellin. Frank was a graduate of Trumansburg Central High School and Clarkson University. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force. During his military career, Frank was active in the pre NASA program. Frank was an electrical engineer and partner of Propane Vend Inc. He greatly enjoyed traveling, camping and spending time with his family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday November 1, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St. with funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Susan Wellin; children, Michael Wellin (Chris), Karen Reno (Billy) and Teri Su Garske (Gary); daughter-in-law, Debbie Wellin; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Bryan Wellin and a brother, Philip Wellin. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wheeler Missions
