| About Me | Graduated from Shippensburg University Magna Cum Laude. Substitute teacher for a while then moved totally into IT field. I've continued to advance in the IT industry where I am currently a Senior Applications Developer using the Remedy ARS system. I also specialize in IT Service Management appications.
