Joined the Army during my senior year of high school. Did 4 1/2 on active duty as a Multiple Launch Rocket Systems Crew member. Served one tour in Korea with C Battery 1/38 Field Artillery and then spent the rest of the time with C Battery 3/27 Field Artillery Regiment, 18th Fires Brigade, 82 Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. After Serving a tour in Afghanistan, left the Army in December of 2008 and joined the Army Reserves in January of 2009 as a Transportation Management Coordinator serving in the 328th Quartermaster Detachment in Kingwood, West Virginia as well as a full-time student at West Virginia University. and will be going back to Afghanistan in 2014.

I went into the military as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Tech (bomb squad) and reclassed to Field Artillery, Multiple Launch Rocket Systems Crewmember. I'm currently stationed at Ft. Bragg and a Operation Enduring Freedom veteran

Upon graduating in 1992, Dana joined in the US ARMY. He is currently a Chief Warrant Officer, stationed with the 101st Airborne Division Air Assault. During his 15 plus years of service, he accomplished many career accomplishments to include; Drill Sergeant, Warrant Officer, along with two tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His next rendezvous will be in support of, Operation Enduring Freedom in 2008.

Retired in 2004, 2007 and 2011 after 2 combat tours in Baghdad, Iraq. Served as the Logistics Readiness Officer for Multi-National Corps-Iraq, under General Odierno during the Surge. Volunteered as the Inspector General Advisor to the Joint Forces Iraqi Inspector General Khorshid in 2011 prior to US departure from Iraq in 2011.

Serving in Operation New Dawn as a retiree recall in the Green Zone in Baghdad until end of 2011. Volunteered for the 2007 "Surge", under III Corps Commander Gen. Odierno and spent 11 months at the Al Faw Palace. My 3rd and final Army retirement will be Jan 2012

Doug is a First Sergeant with a Direct Support Maintenance Company at Fort Drum, New York. He supervises a 220 Soldier unit currently deployed to Iraq.

Started out in the Marine Corps with 18 months of service in Vietnam. Transfered to the U.S. Army Special forces as a Medic where I served for 2 years. I transfered from there to an airborne unit in Alaska, serving in Ankorage for 4 years with a subsequent transfer to Ft. Dix NJ where I remained for 10 years. After a transfer to Germany, I was deployed to Desert Storm. I was one of only about 100 persons who had both Vietnam and Desert Storm service. After the War I got promoted to First Sergeant and took an assignment at Ft. Hood, Texas where I deployed with my unit to Surinam South America in support of Refugee operations from Haiti. (the geography and politics was complicated). I retired from military service in 1995 with a little more than 28 years of service. I completed my BS and MS degree using the GI Bill and served a successful Corporate Career for 7 years before starging a consulting business. I am now semi-retired, and Do charitible works for the Womens Venture Fund of NYC, and served 3 years on the U.S. Treasury Tax Advocacy Panel. I now ride my bicycle in extreme bike rides supporting charities of various kinds. My next trip is from Washington DC to San Francisco.

Served 18 months in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam from 1969 to 1971, transferred to U.S. Army Special Forces in 1974 where I served as a Special Forces Medic, first seregeant, and medical operations during Operation desert storm. Established a refugee medical camp along the Kuwait -Iraqi boarder in 1991, and a medical field hospital in Surinam South America in 1995. Retired from Military service in 1995. Contrary to earlier rumors, reports of my death were premature and greatly exaggerated.

Stationed in Stuttgart, Germany, Ft. Bragg, NC, Kansas City, MO, Hunter Army Airfield, GA, and Ft. Rucker, AL.

Enlisted several weeks before high school graduation and left a week afterwards for Basic Combat Training followed by Light Weapons Infantry training at Fort Ord, CA, from June to October 1971. Arrived in-country Republic of Vietnam (RVN) November 1971 and assigned to the 1st Aviation Brigade, 52nd Combat Aviation Battalion (Flying Dragons), HHC, Infantry Security Platoon, in the Central Highlands, Pleiku Province. Transferred when the unit stood down in March 1972 to the 18th Military Police Brigade, 560th MP Company (Roadrunners) stationed north of Pleiku. Served on gun jeep patrols of routes QL-14 & QL-19 including II Corp and Pleiku areas. Collateral duty as RTO/Machine Gunner on V-100 Armored Scout Car during enemy attacks & on special duty assignments. Engaged in the Eastertide Offensive of 1972 and provided combat support in the Battle of Kontum. The 560th rec'd the US Army Meritorious Unit Citation and the RVN Gallantry Cross Unit Citation. Returned to the United States in August 1972 and assigned to Fort Know, KY as a military policeman with the 543rd MP Company. Engaged in regular military law enforcement duties as well as took part in MP response alerts to the US Treasury Gold Vault facility. Left the regular Army in March 1973 and served one year in the South Dakota National Guard with the 1085th Helicopter Ambulance Detachment in Rapid City. In April 1974, placed on inactive duty status with the US Army Ready Reserves and honorably discharged in June 1977.

2 years on the wet line in the Pacfic, 4 years of halling the marines around West Pacfic, no beach beyond our reach. Started diving school and ended up in South American. Was home 2 weeks the whole year. Then off to San Diego for 3 years as a drill instructor or company comander. Off to the Phillipines for 3 Years working as Dry docking officer and Ship Super. Back to San Diego and Company Commander and back to SD

Jerry joined the Air Force in 1971. During his 21 years of service with Security Police, Jerry's duties involved areas of law enforcement, investigations, logistics, aircraftsecurity, missile security, and nuclear weapons security. Jerry retired as a Senior Master Sergeant in 1992.
