Events	Constance "Hillary" Eckrote, nee Walpert, 67, of Gettysburg, entered into God's eternal kingdom surrounded by her family on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014. Born Sept. 12, 1946 in Baltimore, Md., she was the daughter of the late George G. Walpert and Norma (Kirby) Walpert. Hillary was the beloved wife of the late Theodore R. Eckrote Jr. She graduated from Catonsville High School in Baltimore County, Md. She worked for Baltimore County Public Schools for 28 years before retiring in October of 2008. She loved to play cards with friends and neighbors and enjoyed visiting with them often. She also enjoyed playing computer games and collecting movies, especially animated ones.
