Served as an Attack Helicopter Repairman and Avionics Technician on AH-1 Cobra and OH-58D Kiowa helicopters. Served in Operation Desert Storm / Desert Shield, Operation Iraqi Freedom. Assignments include duties at Germany, South Korea, Texas, Virginia, New York, Kentucky, Colorado,and Hawaii. Awards include Master Aviation Crewman Badge, Air Assault Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (6 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (5th Award), Army Achievement Medal (8th Award), Overseas Service Medal ( 2nd Award), National Defense Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, SW Asia Service Medal (2nd Award), Meritorious Unit Award, Army Service Ribbon, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (2nd Award), Expert Marksmanship Medal.

After 2 years in the Army, 3 yrs in the Army Guard, I got smart and joined the Air National Guard. I spent a total of 27 years in the military and traveled all over the world. I retired in 2003 but still keep in touch with my friends in Civil Engineering.
