I knew Dave when we were sophmores as he was a friend of my BF, Allen Bendix. I don’t think Dave graduated but left school early and moved out of state, to Denver I believe. We heard he was murdered not long after, by some sketchy people in the drug trade. Dave had a rough upbringing and a tough road, a kid whose end could have been predicted. Sad. I haven’t forgotten him all these years later and hope he is at peace.
