Rickey Lee Capps passed away unexpectantly 20 years ago this month. He was only 34 years old, and in the prime of his life. Two weeks after he passed, his third daughter was born. Luckily he got the opportunity to name his newborn, but sadly, he never got to hold her. He is missed every day.
