The Alumni Carrickulum, now in its 21st year will publish its 83rd edition during the first week in 2016. The 24 page quarterly newsletter will contain newsy notes from various classes plus features that will astound you. Carrick High's 90th Birthday - 9/24/14
Carrick High will celebrate its 90th Birthday on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the high school with a flag raising ceremony in front of the original building on Parkfield Street. Carrick High opened on September 24, 1926 when students from the 5th grade through the 11th grade began their Carrick High experience. The alumni of Carrick High are invited to share in the 90th Birthday celebration on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at a luncheon to be held in the Grand Ballroom of the South Hills Country Club. Carrick High Sports Hall of Fame
The Carrick High Alumni Association will present its largest Carrick High Sports Hall of Fame Class ever when we will induct over 40 of our excellent sports alumni at a luncheon to be held Sunday, May 25, 2014 in the South Hills Country Club. CHS Spring 1931 ALUMNA CELEBRATES 100th BIRTHDAY
100th BIRTHDAY REQUEST, PLEASE. . . . . .An alumna, Class of Spring 1931, SELMA SAUERS McCLOSKEY, will be celebrating her 100th BIRTHDAY on December 22, 2012!!!!.

Gee, I wonder if Mrs. McCloskey could tell us stories about the girls' bathing suits? I bet that those very uncomfortable and unflattering suits were used in 1931!

Coach Cas Blair to be honored
The late Carrick High Alumni Sports Hall of Fame Coach Cas Blair, our football and Boys Swimming Coach from 1962 through 1980, will be honored when we place a large bronze plaque in his honor on Saturday, November 3, 2010. The dedication will take place at 9:30 am just inside the Spokane Avenue entrance of the school. A luncheon will follow.
