I served 11 years in the Navy and another 12 years in the Army. I received The Bronze Star Medal for valor in vietnam. While there I served with Mobile Support Team Two, Detachment Alpha, as a SEAL Team Assault Boat Captain. Through my entire military career I received 28 medals. My Army career included being an advisor for President Ronald Reagans Rapid Deployment Force, Alpha.I retired as a E-8 Master Sergeant.

Joined Army in 1969. Served in Viet Nam, as a medic, from 1969-1970. Became an Environmental Science Officer in 1982, in the Army Reserve. Spent several annual training tours in Thailand and Cambodia. Retired, after 31 years, in June 2007.
