This is a terrible shock as Barb was one of the first people I met at Butte High. I was from out of town so had few people I know in the highs school.
Barb was taking French and I remembered her responding when the teacher ask what does RSVP mean. She responded "responde vous plait" and this turned on a light bulb for me. Always very kind, courteous, and happy I will miss her spirit when we reunite.
