Jerry was a small guy and was the manager of the football team and even lettered in some activity. He was a nice, smart and well dressed person. We knew wach other and at one of the reunions I suggested that we call Steve Caulkins who never attended reunions. Jerry picked up the phone and called. Talked to Steve but such a selfless act of encouragement was a surprise to me. Such was our class RAK was on the mindset of all.
