James S. Fallon is the Manager of Government Services Division, Vice-President, at VSE Corporation located in Alexandria, VA. Mr. Fallon transitioned from the Navy in 1999 after having served almost 25 years in various shipboard, fleet, depot, and headquarters level acquisition and logistics support positions. Mr. Fallon spent five years as an Electronic Warfare Technician befor finishing his BS Degree and becoming a commissioned Naval Officer. Mr. Fallon was stationed on three ships; USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20), USS Skipjack (SSN 585), USS Simon Lake (AS 33), and has been assigned to positions as geographically dispersed as Pearl Harbor, HI to Holy Loch, Scotland, transitioning from the U.S. Navy as a Commander.
Mr. Fallon holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of the State of NY, and a Master of Science Degree from the Florida Institute of Technology. He was selected to the Navy Acquisition Professional Community, and is a graduate of the Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and is submarine qualified.
Mr. Fallon is a member of the National Contract Management Association, the National Defense Industry Association, and the Military Officers Association of America. He is married to the former Stacey S. Linder from Winchester, Virginia, and they reside with their two children in Clifton, VA.
