Ermando Simmons, 83, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2010 in Melbourne, FL, where he has lived the last 25 years. He retired from East Liverpool Elementary in Valley City, OH where he taught and coached for 30 years. Ermando was also a Veteran in the Army in World War II. Ermando was an avid golfer, bowler, and lended a helping hand to everyone he knew.
