About Me	My favorite quote: "One cannot start over and make a brand new beginning. But one can start from now - and make a brand new ending". I am a firm believer Jesus Christ - the Son of God. And to borrow words from a famous song the Gaither Trio sang... "God sent His Son - they called Him Jesus, He came to earth to love, heal and forgive. He bled and died - to buy my pardon, and now an empty grave is there, to prove He lives! And because He lives - I can face tomorrow, because He lives - all fear is gone! Because I know, I know, He holds the future, and Life is worth the living, just because He lives!" Amen to that! :-) In addition - I have loved being a cosmetologist for many years. Something to fulfill and round out the artistic/creative side of me. How many other vocations have the immediate satisfactions as this one? To see a smiling happy face when the customer's request is completed...brings much thrill and happiness to me. You know....people are just so neat! It is so much fun to just talk with others and get to know them! I also have worked a few businesses online and with my warm market. Alternative Health measures are of supreme interest to me. There are so many great natural products out there that are not offered through any other way! Prescription drugs are - yes - sometimes needed. But it's SO important to use them as minimally as possible, and let the body try to heal through more natural approaches. I also volunteer at a Senior Home and created an "Art therapy" class where the residents actually have something in hand (that they like) when leaving. The smiles it gives to them - I wouldn't trade! :-) I would love to expand on this and bring it to other "homes" - if I could.
