Favorite School Memory	The whole trip the Brunswick High Band made to the New York World's Fair (April 1965). It was the the coolest trip of all times. A hotel that had floors & floors of nothing but teenagers from all over the US. The best of each state was there, & we were one of them. About Me	Married Steve Vachon in 1968. Divorced in 1985. My childred & I moved to Okla & started a whole new life. Bought a house, landed a great job as a civilian at Tinker Air Force Base. Did clerk work, data processing & then went to 13 different schools to become a jet engine mechanic. I tore down jet engines. Of anything I ever did, that was my favorite job. It is the coolest thing to use big tools & hoists & be so short. ha ha ha. They finally got rid of disassembly & I got promoted to NDI/FPI (Inspector) So now I have an easier job of inspecting & boxing compressor blades that go in the engines. Married again, in 1989 to Stacy Ingerson. We built a big beautiful home together in Choctaw, in 1992, on 5 acres of land. I love it here in Oklahoma. My brother Richard & his wife lives on the 5 acres next to me, my son Ronald Vachon & his family lives on the 5 acres in back of us & my daughter Karla Vachon Johnson lives with her family on an acre in back of us as well.
