My brother Jerry passed away after a short illness. He had many friends in Brownsburg and loved his high school years.

Dr. Jerry Wayne Gilley, Ph.D., of Brownsburg, Indiana, born on October 26, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Lottie and the late Bert, passed away at age 67 on December 10, 2018 in Scottville, Michigan. Dr. Jerry graduated from O for graduate school. He was a Professor and chair, consultant,author and mentor in the Education industry until retiring in 2018. Dr. Jerry was the loving husband of Ann. He was preceded in death by his dogs, Amber Dawn, Lakota Sioux, Pepper Lee, Abby Rose, and Brandi. Dr. Jerry is survived by his son, Michael; daughters, Shannon and Melissa; brother, Gary; sister, Gayle; niece, Misty; nephews, Ben, Brian, and Mike; and friends, Pat and Laura. He enjoyed golf, lake and ocean life, watching football and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
