Gregg was badly wounded in Vietnam, but he lived to the fullest. He was married to Lillian, and loved water skiing, and could water ski from his house in Harbor View all the way to Long Island. He had traveled the world after his service, and written about life with Hell's Angels, hippies, and while a veteran, he led many anti-war protests. He was visiting family in Forida when a lingering effect from his iwar injury caused his death. And Gregg always said,"That's Gregg with two G's."
