| About | Earl was the sports editor of the school newspaper "Bear Witness" during his senior year and had a popular column entitled "Earl's Pearls". Earl passed away in Scottsdale, Arizona. Earl was a respected reserve officer with the Santa Clara Police Department while I was a regular officer. He rode with me many nights. Many good, some bad memories. We had fun.
