About Me	I retired in 2008 after 28 plus years with General Mills in Minneapolis. I moved to Mn. after I met my future husband while I was attending Bridgewater State College and while he was stationed at Otis AF Base in MA. When he got out of the service we moved to Minnesota which is his home state. During my 28 years I have worked in inventory control, information systems, accounting, and ended my career in financial reporting and control. We were blessed to have raised three children. Our oldest daughter Laurie was killed in a car accident in 1987 at the age of 18. That was a very low point in my life. My other children are Leanne ,who works for General Mills in the Information Services area, and our son Tom who works as a manager of a restaurant about 15 minutes from where we live. And what can I say about our wonderful granddaughters....They are 17, 9, and 7. Hannah plays soccer in high school and will be graduating from high school this year and Sydney and Emma both enjoy dance classes. They' re Grandpa's girls !! My husband also retired 4 yearxs ago after working for the State of Minnesota as an electrician. Now that we are retired we are using our motorhome a lot more. We spend our winters in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas and we recently returned from a 10 week trip with the motorhome to Alask...(read more)
