About	Tara A. Frazier, 44, died Sunday, January 8, 2017 unexpectedly at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. Born in Wareham, she was the daughter of Cheryl A. (Perrault) Pedersen of Monument Beach and the late Richard A. Frazier. Tara was a graduate of Bourne High School and received her Associates Degree from Cape Cod Community College. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday, January 20, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 841 Shore Rd., Pocasset at 11:00 AM. A reception followed the Mass at the parish center. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Universal Missionary Church, 30 N. Main St., Brockton, MA 02301.
