About	Cape Cod Times July 7, 1999 Eric T. Starck, 31 Insurance sales manager Pop Warner football coach SANDWICH - Eric Thurston Starck, 31, an insurance sales manager, died Monday, July 5, in Boston. Born in Hartford, Conn., Mr. Starck was raised in Barnstable and Bourne, graduating from Bourne High School in 1986. He also graduated cum laude from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y. in 1990. He began his career with Cigna Insurance for five years before going to work for The TPA in Boston, where he worked until his death. After his marriage in 1991, he and his wife moved to Sandwich. He was very active in the ECHO youth ministry at Corpus Christi Parish and coached Pop Warner football. Mr. Starck was also a very active member of the Corpus Christi Parish, an avid sports fan and enjoyed camping, hiking, boating and all outdoor activities. He and his wife were active in the Wide Horizons Adoption Agency. A funeral Mass was celebrated at the Corpus Christi Parish Center in Sandwich. Burial was in the Sandwich Town Cemetery.
