Helen Sylvia (Harrison) Myers, daughter of Frank Carter Harrison and Lucy Ella Berry, was born May 8, 1931 in Sagamore, MA, and died December 23, 1996 in Largo, Pinellas County, Florida.
She attended Bourne High School and Lowell State Teachers College and was graduated from Florida Southern College at Lakeland, Florida where she sang with the college choir on a concert tour.
Helen taught first grade in Wareham.
She was a member of Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society in Education.
She married Lieutenant Richard Herbert Myers of Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania on Wednesday evening, November 3, 1954 in the West Falmouth Methodist Church. He later was a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force serving in Korea and in Vietnam.
Helen and Richard are buried in the Bay Pines National Cemetery, Bay Pines, Florida.
