Mr. Alden was graduated from Bourne High School in 1949 and has served four years in the Navy as Aviation Ordnance Man 3c in the Pacific and Mediterranean aboard the USS Bennington and the USS Bon Homme Richard.
Mr. Alden was a member of the Masons Social Harmony Lodge A.F. & A.M.
He was buried in the Monument Beach Cemetery, Monument Beach, MA
