She was proud of working for the telephone company as an operator for over 30 years and loved spending time with her family, friends and playing Bingo. A visitation was held on Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 10:30 am until the time of the memorial service at 11:30 am in the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd. in Bourne. A private burial in the Massachusetts National Cemetery was held at a later date.
