About	March 08, 2013 Michael T. Fitzpatrick Sr., 47, of Bourne, passed away March 2 with his loved ones by his side. Michael grew up in Bourne, and after graduating from Bourne High School, he went on to create several successful businesses, including Fitzpatrick Home Building, Inc., MTF Custom Finish, Inc., both of Cape Cod, and Bonkers Bagels of St. Petersburg, Florida. Michael has always been "the backbone" of his family, bringing them together often and blessing all with his great sense of humor. Michael loved playing bass guitar with his band, cooking, traveling and snowboarding. Of all Michael's accomplishments, he would tell you that his family is his greatest. A funeral Mass was held at the Corpus Christi Parish, 324 Quaker Meetinghouse Road, East Sandwich on March 15, at 11 a.m., burial followed at the Oakland Grove Cemetery on Shore Road in Bourne. Immediately following interment, Michael's family invited all to attend a Celebration of Michael's Life at the Weary Travelers Club, 77 Valley Bars Road, Monument Beach.
