About	Cape Cod Times July 4, 2004 June Arlene (Reynolds) Chapman, 69, died June 25, 2004 at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia. She was born on August 19, 1934 in Plymouth, MA and raised in Bourne where she graduated as Valedictorian from Bourne High School in 1952. June earned a degree in education from the University of Massachusetts in 1956. She began teaching in 1956 at the Clayton Campbell Elementary School in Bourne. She married July 9, 1960 in Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana to William E. Chapman Jr. June and William divorced on April 2,1991 in Dover, Kent, Delaware. June started teaching at the Dover East Elementary School in 1963. She was inducted into the Delta Chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, an honor society for women educators, in 1976. From 1971 until retiring in 1998, she taught third grade at the Hartly Elementary School. A graveside service was held at the Oakland Grove Cemetery in Bourne. A memorial service was held on July 13 at the Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 Lebanon Road (Route 10), Dover.
