About	May 30, 2013 Stella (Boffetti) Aittaniemi, 86, of West Barnstable, passed away May 16, 2013 with her family by her side. She was the wife of Raymond "Jake" Aittaniemi who passed in 2010. Mrs. Aittaniemi was born Oct. 2, 1926, in Sagamore, and graduated from Bourne High School. She married her husband shortly after and they moved to West Barnstable where she raised two children as a stay-at-home mother. Later she worked as the bakery manager at Angelo's Super Market and Stop and Shop in West Hyannis, Mashpee and Sandwich. Everywhere she went people came up to her to say hi to the "bakery lady." She later volunteered at the Red Cross blood drives at the Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire Department. Family was everything to her and she enjoyed cooking her Fall Harvest family dinner and her Saturday night dinners with Margaret and Mario and any family member that could make it. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Hope in West Barnstable, followed by burial at St. Peter's Cemetery in Sandwich.
