Born in Boston in 1955, she was the daughter of Francis V. "Buddy" Lips and Georgina C. Lips. Martha graduated from Bourne High School in 1973. Funeral arrangements were made by the Bartlett-Santos Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth, MA. Calling hours were held Thursday, March 29, 2012, from 4 - 7 p.m.
